Payment Processing
Our order process is conducted by our authorized online resellers and payment processors (acting as the Merchant of Record). They handle the payment transaction, tax collection, and chargebacks on our behalf.
Refund Eligibility
- Technical Issues: If the software does not function as described and our support team cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, you are eligible for a full refund.
- Double Charges: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same product, we will refund the duplicate charge immediately.
- Change of Mind: Due to the nature of digital goods (which cannot be "returned"), refunds for simple change of mind are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Processing Time
